On May 31, FCA-FAC submitted comments on the City’s second discussion paper on review of R4 Zoning. The review has been going on for the past eight months and it has become evident that addressing issues in R4 zones will have implications for all residential zones in the City.

No official announcement has yet been made, but it is clear that the R4 review will be absorbed into a broader examination of residential zoning.

Background material and the FCA-FAC submissions to the review are found at https://secureservercdn.net/104.238.69.231/g4t.993.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/R4zo1705.pdf
