  FCA [Federation of Citizens’ Associations of Ottawa] will take place We
 dnesday\,  February 21 from 7:15 pm at the Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Comp
 lex (Hall H) 1490 Youville Drive in Orleans.\n\nIssues of recreation stand
 ards and of donation policies will be addressed by Dan Chenier\, General M
 anager\, Recreation\, Culture &amp\; Infrastructure Facilities.  Do plan 
 to attend to learn more about Volunteer Ottawa discounted workshops for FC
 A members. Safe Wings Ottawa representatives will share their project with
  us\, along with other business items. FCA Member organizations are invite
 d to send two delegates to General Meetings. Observers are always welcome.
