DESCRIPTION:The next General Meeting of the FCA-FAC [Federation of Citizens
 ' Associations of Ottawa will be held Wednesday October 17 from 7:15pm at 
 Van Lang Community Centre\, 29 Van Lang Private. The theme of the meeting 
 will be disaster preparedness in our neighbourhoods.\n\nEach member associ
 ation is invited to sent two delegates to General Meetings. Observers are
