DESCRIPTION:The next General Meeting of the FCA {Federation of Citizens’ 
 Associations of Ottawa] will be held Thursday March 3 from 7:15pm at the R
 on Kolbus-Lakeside Centre\, 102 Greenview Avenue. Each member association 
 is invited to send two delegates to general meetings. Observers are always

  affordable housing will be a major feature of the March 3 meeting. That s
 ubject will also be the subject of a free film night on March 2 presented
