DESCRIPTION:The Federation of Citizens' Associations of Ottawa (FCA) will h
 old a General Meeting on Tuesday October 6 from 7:15pm at the Hintonburg
  Community Centre\, sponsored by the Greenspace Alliance. Each member asso
 ciation is invited to send two delegates to General Meetings. Observers ar
 e always welcome.\n\nThe draft agenda for the October 6 meeting is found h
 ere 151006DA. Note that the one-page agenda is followed by several pages o
 f background information.  As the meeting time approaches additional back
 ground may be added to the document.\n\nMinutes for past meetings will be 
 considered for approval (or correction). Draft minutes for May 14 are here

 es for past executive committee meetings are to be received at the October

 lington Street. OC Transpo bus service (route 2) goes directly to the comm
 unity centre. Limited parking is available in a lot behind the building.
