The Province of Ontario has released a public consultation document for the review of the Ontario Municipal Board. The document, found at http://www.mah.gov.on.ca/Page15027.aspx , is to stimulate discussion. Public input is requested by December 19, 2016. In addition to submitting comments over the web or by mail, town hall meetings are to be held in various Ontario centres over the autumn. The only town hall to be held in Eastern Ontario will be Wednesday November 9, 6pm to 9:30 at St. Anthony’s Hall, 523 St. Anthony Street, Ottawa.
