The Ottawa Public Library has embarked on an initiative to engage with residents on the hours of operation that will best meet the needs of customers. The OPL has retained Nanos Research to support this initiative. The research includes two elements, providing opportunities for customers to share their views during the process.
As a cardholder with the Ottawa Public Library you are invited to participate in an online survey being conducted by Nanos Research. You may also be randomly selected by Nanos Research to share your views by participating in a focus group.

If you opt in, your name and email address will be provided to Nanos Research for the sole purpose of collecting feedback for the hours of operation research initiative. Nanos will contact you directly with the survey link or information about the focus groups. If you do not opt-in, your email address will not be provided to Nanos Research. All the opinions you share with Nanos Research will remain confidential.
