On October 4, FCA-FAC submitted comments on the third and final draft by City staff for the new zoning by-law. It is expected that those comments will be included in an “As we heard” report which till go to the December 17 joint meeting of the Planning & Housing and Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committees.
