A General Meeting of the Federation of Citizens’ Associations of Ottawa [FCA-FAC] will be held Wednesday November 22 at AllSaints Event Space, 10 Blackburn Ave.in Sandy Hill. Each member association is invited to send two delegates to General Meetings. Observers are always welcome.
