As of October 18, 2024 all not-for-profit corporations incorporated in Ontario are expected to have adjusted their governing documents to be in compliance with the new Ontario Not-for-Profit Incorporations Act.  This includes By-Laws and possibly the Articles of Incorporation.

FCA has hosted presentations and a webinar on the topic and we have a list of resources that may be of assistance as Community Associations do their review of their governing documents.  We hope you find them helpful.  We will continue to add resources as they become available.
