The work of the FCA-FAC is conducted in several different venues. The most common place where decisions are made are the nine monthly meetings from September to May and the annual general meeting in June where all member organizations are invited to participate. At these meetings, issues are discussed, motions voted on and direction given for the organization to act. Much of the work is conducted by committees established to work on specific topics. The most active of these is the Planning and Zoning Committee which is currently involved with consultations on Infill 1 and Infill 2. The executive, which meets monthly, establishes the agenda for the general meetings, sets priorities for the organization and executes the decisions made by the members.
